Our care

More than a house call. A complete medical team.

Our physician-led team brings together in-home medical care, specialty services, care management, and technology to deliver personalized, coordinated care.

  1. Specialized medical care01

    Auto Injury Medical Care

Physician evaluations and follow-up care after motor vehicle accidents, including assessment of injuries, pain, and functional limitations, with an individualized treatment and recovery plan.

Who it may help: People recovering at home after a collision — especially when neck or back pain, soft-tissue injury, headache or dizziness make travel difficult. Symptoms often develop over the days that follow, so an early assessment helps.

    • Post-accident evaluation of reported symptoms and injuries
    • Pain, soft-tissue injury and mobility assessment
    • Medication review alongside anything newly prescribed
    • Follow-up visits as recovery progresses
    • Coordination and referral to further care where appropriate

Scheduled in-home care, not emergency care. Loss of consciousness, severe or worsening pain, heavy bleeding, numbness or difficulty breathing need emergency attention — call 911.

  2. Specialized medical care02

    Wound Care

In-home assessment and management of acute and chronic wounds, including dressing care, monitoring of healing and coordination with specialists when needed.

  3. 03

    Primary Care at Home

Comprehensive medical care for homebound and mobility-limited patients, including preventive and complex medical needs.
